Kevin L. Adams, Sr., is the Senior Pastor of Olivet Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Saint Thomas Christian College and was inducted into The Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers in 2010. He has penned two Bestselling books, "CHANGE: From Jacob to Israel" and "DEFINING MOMENTS" ... with a corresponding Workbook.

Called to preach at the age of eight (8), many people recognized his undeniable gift as an orator and his keen ability to galvanize others. Turning these talents into ministry, he has been preaching for over 30 years. 

 Bishop Adams leads more than 400 churches worldwide and is also the founder of KLA Ministries. He continues to focus on bringing about systemic change. He recognizes the critical role faith-based partners play in rebuilding and sustaining communities and frequently brings interfaith, business, and civic leaders together to work toward community restoration and elevation.  

Kevin L. Adams, Sr., is a recipient of two (2) Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards from Presidents Obama and Joe Biden. Moreover, Bishop Adams is a homegrown source of pride for Tennesseans and is recognized as a pillar in the community. He has a local street, a day on the calendar, and a pending legislative bill, all named in his honor. Additionally, he has a key to the city, an impeccable character, and a well-needed voice for change. 

Bishop Adams is a regular guest and contributor to the Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN) and frequently appears on the WORD Network. He is a consistent speaker for Bishop T.D. Jakes and Heal the Land Conferences and serves as a Goodwill Ambassador and spokesperson for the revolutionary new children’s community transformation initiative, Crownville.

He is a man of God, a visionary, an international humanitarian, a trusted community advisor, and a leader. A man of considerable action, he knows no limitations when fighting injustices, poverty, and violence. Adams exhibits tremendous advocacy for youth and the community. His life work includes installing 15 water wells in Ghana for a humanitarian effort hosted by Project Compassion, implementing several ministries that teach economic self-sufficiency, and developing programs that address building local capacity to prevent and reduce community violence.
